One transparent unit for governed agent work.
A Layer Credit is one governed agent action, an extraction pass, a drafted subsection, a compliance check, a clause analysis. A 50-page RFQ ingest runs 40–80 credits; a full Evaluator run with valuation report, 800–1,500.
Run on Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Llama or your own endpoint. Bring your own API keys, pay your provider directly, and take 25% off the editor price. We charge for governance, not for reselling inference.
Model routing →Per-tender packs for teams that bid a few times a year: RFQ Pack €450, Tender Pack €1,900, EPC Pack €6,500 with a full Evaluator run. Any pack credits in full against an annual subscription within 60 days.
Monthly billing is 20% above annual. Editors create, draft or approve; reviewers are free. Soft credit caps by default, hard stop optional. 30 days' notice before renewal. Your content is never used to train any model.
Pricing FAQ.
No. You bring your own keys, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Bedrock or self-hosted, and the provider bills you directly. Bringing your own keys takes 25% off the editor price.
Nothing surprising. Workspaces get soft caps and alerting by default; a hard stop is optional. Additional credits are billed at the plan rate.
Anyone who creates, drafts or approves. Reviewers, the people who read, comment and sign off within an approval stage, are free on every plan.
Yes. Bring a live tender pack to a demo and see the Evaluator score it in 30 minutes; enterprise agreements include a shadow-bid phase before cutover.
