BidLayers was created by professionals with more than two decades managing complex tenders across construction, infrastructure, utilities and EPC projects in the UAE and the wider Gulf. We have worked on both the contractor and consultant side of the table.
Every control in BidLayers exists because we needed it on a real tender: compliance matrices rebuilt at midnight, addenda that invalidated a week of work, claims that could not be traced to a source, approvals chased by email. So we encoded the discipline, evidence before generation, named authority on every decision, and an audit trail we would be happy to hand a client.
